We focus on fun, transparency, and community. Each pack theme shows the full pool of possible pulls and odds before you buy — no hidden surprises, just pure collecting excitement.

💬 FUNPacks! are themed blind packs designed to bring the excitement of collectible card unpacking into a digital experience. Each pack contains a randomized pull from the selected theme (e.g., Eeveelutions, Fire-types, Birds), with transparent odds so you always know what's in the pool.

The purpose of FUNPacks! is to create a fun, social, and trustworthy collecting experience, whether you're chasing your favourite cards, trying out demo openings, or exploring new card themes.

💬 You can purchase FUNPacks! directly through the app using your FUNGems! — no crypto or external wallet required.

💬 Themes are curated categories like Eevee's Picks, Fire Legends, or Cute Collection. They make collecting more engaging and let you pick the type of cards you love.

💬 Odds are based on each card's rarity and chase ranking. You'll see the complete list of possible pulls and their tier (Gold, Silver, Bronze) before you buy.

• Each themed FUNPack! shows a detailed list of the potential pulls and their individual odds
• Odds are approximations and meant to provide transparency into availability.
• Pull odds update according to the availability in the pool in the form of percentages for each card.
• Pulls are randomized and cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

💬 Your CollectFUN Wallet lets you securely store cash balance for purchases and sellbacks. You can top up using PayPal or Stripe, and your balance is shown in cash value (SGD) — no confusing in-app currency.

💬 You can deposit funds anytime through PayPal or Stripe using your preferred card or account. Deposits appear instantly in your CollectFUN Wallet.

💬 We currently do not allow withdrawal of funds from your wallet.

💬 CollectFUN does not charge additional fees for deposits. Withdrawals may incur standard payment provider processing fees, depending on your region.

💬 If your deposit or purchase fails, the transaction is automatically cancelled, and you won't be charged. Try again after checking your PayPal/Stripe or card details.

💬 All payments and wallet transactions are handled through PayPal or Stripe's secure payment gateway. CollectFUN does not store any card or payment details.

💬 Once you open a FUNPack!, you can choose which cards to ship or hold in your account. Shipping options are accessible under "My Collection" in your profile.

💬 Currently we do not require you to verify your identify for shipping, but this requirement is subjected to change without prior notice.

💬 No. Values displayed are community-driven estimates based on live market data, not guaranteed or fixed. They are provided for reference and collecting enjoyment, not investment advice.

💬 Every FUNPack! pool is curated, verified, and limited. Pull results are transparent and final.

💬 CollectFUN! connects collectors through themed pack openings, Telegram groups, and live community updates.
